Shapewear is great. I have a couple of them myself for nice occasions when I want to look my best. I love my kids, but they didn't my body any favors :-)
They come in many leg lengths if you want the pants, from just a panty all the way to a full leg length that goes to your ankles. You can also buy slip styles to go under different length dresses.
If you can't find what you want in a local stores, try this site. They have one site for the US, and one for the UK, and they will ship internationally if you live elsewhere.

Well are you in a dancing group in your church because I am in a dancing group at my church and now you go to www. undergarments.com/whiteorblck and they will come up with alot of garments for you
