Are u rising in the comapny ? Is the work monotnous ? Maybe you can look for a diff company in the same area with more challegens , alternatively u can start investing money into shares or make investment plans .
You can also consider a family tour to exotic places for relaxation . At the end of the day , its peace tha brings happiness

If you're looking to change companies, Dont. The grass is not greener on the other side of the hill. It's all the same nonsense. If you looking to move up, impress the right supervisors and get chummy with them.
