well im not sure about a shampoo but i dont think having a hairy toungue is normal but there is this thing my sister got when she was younger called thrush and it makes your toungue look yellow and hairy. go see a doctor, please.

I think that if you have a hairy tongue, you must seriously look at your diet, and definitely stay away from cigarettes.
