Well, i like the way you've thoroughly thought out your manifesto - very comprehesive.
Also, you seem to have hit the typical electorate with the answers above ( except Billy S ). They completey ignored your question and made there own tangential comments !

The blunt answer would be No but great polices. What you need is 650 like minded people to join you and 60 million to vote for you. Think of Mrs Pritchard on TV she didn't expect to be elected herself on her polices but 650 joined her and 60 million voted for her. Yes I do know it is a fictional TV programme but you could make it real.
