if you was a cop then you would know a rolling road block is against the law and you would give the 25 cars stuck behind her a ticket LOL I think you are NOT a COP just a jerk driver

I don't know. I would like to have bumpers put on the front of my car so I can bash the crap out of them when they do that. They are inconsiderate and they act like they are the only people on the road.

I ask the same question a lot of times. I think it's because we get so used to driving in the passing lane most the time that people drive their even when they aren't going to pass.
I really hate when people do that, but I also hate when you are in the lane and passing and someone comes racing up on you at 100 mph and starts tailing you really close trying to get you to move forward really fast. Sometimes when people do that I think the person in front just holds position there just to hold the person up for being a jerk.

Because most states have rules that stipulate that drivers "stay right" and only use the fast lanes as passing lanes. They figure that driving the same limit as the slow lane will not get them caught for speeding or failure to stay right...

yes it is anoying, however if they are doing the speed limit, what does it matter.....
unless you are speeding,,,, then you are a violator, and they are not...
i would write you a ticket for speeding.
