Yes just kindly tell her that you are busy alot and don't really have much company over at least for right now. Just put the skids to her..i hate it when people put you into this position, sometimes people are really pushy...

Apart from the reasons you have mentioned, it is normal for co-workers to visit each other's place. But if you have serious reservations you can put it across to her in an impersonal way like you don't usually cherish the idea of people visiting your house. If you can come round to taking this as a social or workplace courtesy you can invite her home. If not there is no point in forcing yourself to accept a situation with which you are not comfortable. In any case let the communication be courteous and tactful.

This is a tough one :)
According to me, there's just one solution to this:
Keep avoiding her. Make excuses and hopefully one day she will get the point.
Because she's your co-worker and you can't really be rude.
Meanwhile don't let this bother you too much. Think about it...in a years time, will this really matter?

I kind of feel sorry for her. It sounds like she's just lonely. Just tell her you're going out of town or something, after a couple of weeks hopefully she'll give up!

The best I think is to tell her the truth, but you don´t need to be rude. All relationships has grades, let her clear that you prefer don´t mix your private life and your bussines life. I hope you can understand "my own English"

lmao about the GRAND SLAM comment lol...but..to answer your question...just tell her to stop by at a certain time..and not be there.. after once or twice of that..she should get the hint..or just avoid her coming more and more..and she will get sick of it
