for ex.to brush her hair, she does it in slow motion,it irritates me.I don't tell her.To put cream on her face is another 5 minutes.I can't stand looking when she does that. When i'm in a line waitng to pay, it annoys me, how slow cashiers are, they pause a lot to think, and react.I love my mom, but when she call me to go over i usually don't want to go, because she's always fighting over little stupid things, example if i touch the cat. So i'm usually mad. What can i do ?

Try and take up meditation. Even simple breathing excercises, and learning to focus your mind on remaining calm can seriously help before you get upset on impulse. Regularly practice, like for example when sitting at a red light, just slowly breathe in and focus your mind on the sensation at the tip of your nose, and then exhale. Through a short amount of time, you'll be amazed at how differently you react.

In my opinion, it's difficult, but you have to be determined to be calm and make nice. You would know the best way to get yourself to be able to accomplish that. Don't reduce your visits as a result of tension, but as a means of collecting your strength to succeed in being patient with mom.
Try to notice: One day your own speed and agility will decrease, either by nature or your own choice. You'll have the honor of irritating some around you. Don't despair when one day you find yourself thinking, "oh my gawd, I've become my mother!".

sounds like you aren't just mad at your mom. you are just annoyed all the time at petty things. Maybe you need to go an anger management class. Not that you are agnry, but a class like that will help a lot on issues that need to be dealt with. I am sure there are a lot of things that annoy other people that you do too.. You just need to let things happen how they happen... Quit being so annoyed!

Don't take things so hard. You probably do things that irritate her...she just doesn't tell you either. I know you said you love your mom. Be patient with her and tell her to be more patient with you. Regardless, be thankful you have her and enjoy every moment you have with her...one day she won't be around. You'll regret not spending the time with her when she was here.

Learn to enjoy a slow pace sometimes. In fact, it can be argued that a slower paced life is a healthier life.

Have patience and remember, you will get older too. When she's gone, you will miss waiting for her. Stop and smell the roses.
