Your doctor IS the person qualified, trained, and licensed to give you medical advice. He/She will NOT turn you down but will have an honest and open conversation with you. People on this site are not qualified to answer your question.

Erectile dysfunction gets no age while condoms has no fault about ED.
Strangely, nowadays there are more ED cases right among young people, and generally, they get more psychological causes than functional ones. Independently from age and from possible psychoanalysis, Viagra remains the only operative medicine in use in the world. Since you've a very long sexual life in front of you, I advise you to hear a good urologist or endocrinologist opinion before taking any drug or medicine.

A doctor will most definitely not turn you down. It is alarming to me that you are 24 and having this problem. I hope you see a doctor very soon, and I wish you the best.

do NOT consult an allopathic MD> Go instead to an Ayurvedic Indian doctor & take the Ayurvedic drugs he gives you or buy them online also - go a Chinese accupuncture doctor - they can treat this - you have a deficiency of Kidney YANG energy. they can help & the chinese drugs work well too. \\

so what are you waiting for??? Viagra is s-h-i-t & i threw mine away - garbage - never helped me.

ayurvedic & chinese doctors will help you better. Get going ~!!!!

Premature ejaculation is caused by specific things that you do before and during sex. Most of the time without even realizing it. Read here https://tr.im/mnHx9

Premature ejaculation is not some gene you're born with, the result of your penis size or a part of your personality that you can never change.
