Let it thaw, use it in hot chocolate, pudding, dip strawberries in it, make an ice cream sundae, there are a thousand different things it is good onSometimes when I am having a sweet craving, I just eat it out of the container. No guilt there, very few calories!!

eat it!!! frozen cool whip is what people who are on diets eat instead of ice cream...it's actually really good. it's a lot different and lighter than icecream, but it does taste great.
