This morning, it felt like 5 minutes. I don't usually time how long it takes me to pee in the mornings....all I know is, I'm finished when the last little dribble comes out.

Surprisingly, this morning it only lasted a small while... I usually wake up at 4 AM and pee for about a minute, and that just irks me because my bladder is small and I always miss out on sleep! I guess I didn't drink much water last night... :-)

Two to three minutes is a very long time. I assume you are a man. See a doctor. It may be prostate problems. Benign prostate enlargement can be treated with pills, and they work. I know, I take them.
