I know most people have referred to where the buttons are, but I'm assuming you know that, and want to know where the actual horn (the part that makes the noise) is located.
On most modern cars it is usually fitted in one of two places:
Behind the grille / panel between the headlamps, in front of the radiator, or
Behind the bumper fascia or lower grille, just below the bumper beam.
It is circular, made of pressed metal - it isn't "horn" shaped.

Its not directly in the middle of the steering wheel, like most cars, but it is more toward the outside like where you put your hands. Its actually like 2 big buttons. I have a 95 Jetta, so im just assuming that they would be similar :)

behind the bumper or behind grill have a good look for an old round dish with 2 wires and a bracket there may even be two on both sides

Yes..........right next to the " Flux Copasitor".... If it's not there, try the steering wheel....
