I work in kitchen appliances, if our customers need manuals or spare parts we have to refer them back to manufacturer. Below I have listed the phone no. for the spares dept. at Hotpoint. Give them a call and they should be able to send you out a new manual. Hope it helps!

try the hotpint website, i couldn't find the leaflet on line, but heres the form to fill in to contact them, i bet they'd send you one.
