It would be best to contact he webmaster and ask if you can obtain the background music...it might be copyrighted. You can get it by right clicking on the page and selecting View Page Source. Then, just search for the tag and there should be a music file listed there...use a download manager like GetRight to download the file (put in the URL and then the file name).

hmm.. serious problem
the website which is runing with background music creates a copy of music file(*.wav, *.ogg, *.mp3) on local computer means your computer. to copy this file just open the site when it open completely
goto >options>internt options>>temporary files>and then look for wav or ogg file and copy it.. :)
