Lefse. It's like a potato flatbread. You can find it in a grocery store, or find a recipe online pretty easily.

My former mother-in-law made for me on every holiday meal a special dish called 'CREAMED PEARL ONIONS' They had sweet tiny pearl onions with bread crumbs and cheese and butter it may sound awful to some but it was a good unusual compliment to a Holiday dinner.

Strawberry salad, bacon-wrapped scallops (grilled), kahluha glazed carrots, Asian slaw... Gosh! Too many to list.

We're having a mushroom-stuffed pork tenderloin this year. Every year is different!

Prime rib roast. Excellent. Baked on a rack in a slow oven for hours. I'll be over!

My sister always brings deviled eggs. She brings fruit salad, too. They always seem to get eaten!
