Do push-ups against the wall and butterfly curls with light weight hand weights. This'll strengthen the muscle under your boobs and help them look a bit perkier. Always wear a bra, even to bed (they have some great bedtime nursing bras) and use a bust firming lotion (just don't apply to nipples).

If you're really serious . . . "Some of the best moves lift the shoulders and sternum, to prevent you from hunching your shoulders forward. These exercises focus on the midback muscles rather than the chest, targeting those that hold your shoulder blades back and down. They also work to stretch the muscles in the front of the shoulders and chest, which are often chronically shortened in people who spend a lot of time working at a computer. Start by being more aware of your upper body posture. Lift your chest and imagine you are trying to hold a tennis ball between your shoulder blades (scapulae). Hold this position for five deep breaths and repeat it several times a day. When you're in the gym, you can do the same scapular squeeze on a seated rowing machine or with hand weights from a bent-over row position. But you don't want to neglect your front, either. A set of dumbbells will help you work the front of the chest. A great exercise to start with is called a 'fly': grab a 5- to 8-pound weight in each hand, lie flat on your back (on a bench) with your arms out (palms up) and slightly bent. Bring the weights together over your head without farther bending your arms. Do eight to 12 repetitions. And don't forget that do-anywhere standby, the push-up. Push-ups work your entire chest and back, as well as your arms and abdominal muscles. If you can't do a set with your legs fully extended behind you, begin on your knees and work up to it. While there is some muscle beneath the breast tissue, its contribution to actual breast size or firmness (in women) is minimal. If you're looking for drastic improvement, keep in mind that radically lifting the bust is unlikely to happen from exercise alone. The female breast is made up of adipose (fat) tissue, milk ducts, and other connective tissues. When you lose weight, you may lose breast size, and the natural effects of gravity, aging, and childbearing can make the supporting tissues less firm. Still, if you combine these exercises with an effort to improve your posture, you can achieve a better appearance and the illusion of a firmer bust line. Just keep your expectations reasonable -- and your bra supportive."

Breast tissue is made of three things; fat, muscle, and milk glands. The swelling you get after pregnancy is from the glands filling with milk.

Your best bet is to do weight training for your chest area after you start nursing. This will build the muscle up to fill the stretched out skin. Get to a gym and learn some basics. After a few weeks you can get your own weight and workout at home. The exercises are actually very easy to do.

The only other ways are to gain weight (the fat will fill it in) or cosmetic surgery. Neither of these are very good though as both have health risks.

Breastfeeding is the best you can give your child..along with good nutrition while you are pregnant.

Saggy boobs happen to those who don't breastfeed, and who don't have children. So relax it's just gravity...and our butts sag, and our thighs sometimes get flabby.....so what? If you love yourself first, then the rest somehow falls into place (no pun intended).

You are doing so well and I appreciate the gifts you have given to society...and that's almost three gifts.
Feel proud that you are giving your children immunity by the collustrum in your milk, and that you are giving them the gift of life........A "gazillion" kudos to you and your family, and may GOD bless all of your dreams!

Exercises that work the muscles that support the breasts, and also -- voice of experience here -- wear a bra whenever possible (some people sleep in them) Keep shea butter handy too, to help prevent stretch marks.

I would suggest using free weights at home to do arm lifts that exercise your pectoral muscles, or if you belong to a gym or are inclined to join one using the pectoral machines.

as you know the more kids the worse it gets we also have gravity to thank for our problems. the best support for your breast the doctor always told me is sports bras. they prevent your chest form unnecessary stretching and help keep them in place

It could just be age, since we don't know how old you are.

It could be the tendency of babies to paw at them.

Then again, maybe you should just quit breeding already. You've got kids already. Why spawn more? Its only going to be more responsibility for you down the line.

Exercising would be good, as well as be sure to always have good support. Wear a good bra or sports bra, and don't go braless for long.
