I have a laptop that I am try to get up and working but I can't seem to get on my email evertime. I can get on the online - internet but I can't get to my email, why ?? what is it that I am doing wrong here.
I need help so please help me. Thank You.

you may have an overprotective firewall, or it could be that your email is being blocked by a parental control, or you could just have a virus. if you have norton anti-virus or system works or anything like that, then click on the icon in the lower right part of your screen, go to parental control, and click off, or low. If it won't let you edit the settings, then you need to be on the administrative acount on your computer.

You need to give us even some idea of what is actually happening if you want some help.
Beyond the fact that something in your email isn't working as you expect I am lost.

What are you using to access your email? If you are using Outlook or something like that, make sure your email settings are set up correctly.
