There is a risk with the condom breaking, but it is not very big, especially if he hadn't ejaculated yet. I can't give you an exact number, as I don't believe anyone has actually studied this. It's a pretty small chance, but it's not zero. Pre-ejaculate contains sperm, but not near the amount that regular ejaculate does. If you guys use condoms as your primary form of contraception, you might look into getting some samples of Plan B from your local Planned Parenthood if possible to use in the event that a condom breaks for added protection from pregnancy. Sounds like you were pretty close to ovulation in your cycle as well, which would increase your risk slightly. As far as the tumbling goes, if you were atheletic enough that your periods were irregular, then it might affect your chances of getting pregnant. Otherwise it shouldn't have any effect on you or a developing fetus.

There are many natural ways to cure premature ejaculation. A proven natural method can be found on this site http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=565
Recent polls have shown that the average length of intercourse is usually anywhere between 2 to 12 minutes. Most often those diagnosed with premature ejaculation climax in less than a minute or two, and there are even those who ejaculate before there is any sort of penetration. In all actuality, “too short” is really just a matter of opinion. The most important factor is if a man feels that he is unable to control his ejaculation and is frequently climaxing before he would like. Any man who feels that this is a problem for him may be suffering from some form of premature ejaculation.
Hope it helps.

Why do you want to stop something that is perfectly normal?
Just remember, pre-ejaculate is mostly fluid produced by the prostate, but it also almost always contains lots of sperm. You can get pregnant from pre-ejaculate.
One other thing for you....pre-ejaculate is usually very sweet tasting. Try enjoying that for a while and see what you think. You can suck and milk it for quite a while, and he won't complain once.

This is normally caused by anxiety. As you get to know each other better, he will become more and more comfortable with your physique, thereby enabling him to relax. Do not tell him not to 'come' quickly as doing so will ensure that he will do so. He should be able to rise up again after the first ejaculation and this will be better for him in terms of control. Assure him he is normal, even if it hurts you a bit. This will encourage him to rise up again and provide pleasure better to you.

Precum is important, it neutralizes acidity in the penis, prepares the way for the semen and acts as a lubricant. The only way to stop it is to make sure your bf's penis isn't sexually stimulated. If he comes, he's going to have the pre-ejaculate first, it's just a fact of life.

The only way that when I was a youth, as a joke I would tell my date. "Hey look" this first one doest not count as I am so horny I can't stand it. Lets get the first one out of the way and really get down to so real love-making. If he is a drinker that will numb his sensation also. Do y'all have oral sex first? His he always in a hurry, If he is it is up to you too slow him down. I also found it better to have sex even before going out to a nice restaurant. That will discourage his sexual desires. But when you get home, or whereever open the wine, or make some margarettias. That drove me insane.

Certain antidepressants, including the group called selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), cause a side effect of delayed sexual climax in many people. Although these drugs aren't approved by the Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of premature ejaculation, studies have shown them to be safe and effective for this condition, and many doctors prescribe them for this purpose.
Your doctor may prescribe one of several selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), including sertraline (Zoloft), paroxetine (Paxil, Paxil CR) or fluoxetine (Prozac, Prozac Weekly, Serafem), to help you delay ejaculation. If the timing of your ejaculation doesn't improve, your doctor may prescribe the tricyclic antidepressant clomipramine (Anafranil), which also has been shown to benefit men with this disorder.
You may not need to take these medications on a daily basis to prevent premature ejaculation. Taking a low dose several hours before you plan to have sexual intercourse may be sufficient to improve your symptoms. If you are very sexually active or don't respond to as-needed dosing, your doctor may recommend taking your prescribed medication daily. Talk with your doctor to determine the best medication schedule for your needs.
