Tried to jump start it but it doesn't even turn over wont do anything?

That could be anything from a bad battery cable connection to a dead computer. It could also be a bad starter, or a broken wire in the starter switch, a bad solenoid switch too.

bummer! could be one or more problems here...the first thing that comes to mind is the starter and or the starter relay. could be a fuse out... best bet is to have it towed to an authorized saturn dealer and have it diagnosed, this will save you time and money, as you are probably only going to get guesses like mine here.

getout your dvom and start doing voltage drop tests across the connections that should hep eliminate some of the causes

Have you checked the alternator? That is usually the number one suspect...
