i don't care who wins the election. me, my brother jeb, and jeb's sister (my wife) are building a bunker in the backyard. so far we've got a sawed-off double barrel 10 gauge, a moonshine ditillery, and 2 years supply of american cheese.

will this get us through the coming rapture? what else do we need?

yes....it's a joke. relax. and 'rapture' is not the key to the question. substitute 'holocaust'

but i do still need to know what else we'll need. also, how many 10 gauge shotgun shells will we need, considering the possibility of zombies?

A really deep hole and some air fresheners - unless you are planning on distilling that 'shine the second time around.
A midwife - lord knows you've got nothing better to do for two years.
Metamucil - cheese is know for its constipating abilities.

What we need to do to survive in a messed up world is to build trust in the people around us. We need to trust each other & that trust has to spread world wide. We have to be at peace with the rest of the world.

Building bunkers & isolating our selfs from the world is not the answer.

On a personal level it is prudent to have a reasonalble stock of things to survive a short term up setting event.

It is also a good idea to make you home more secure.
But I would stop short of locking my self up in a bunker.

I like cheese as well as the next person but a 2 year supply?

Might want to take another look at your theology...

If you believe in the rapture, you're not stockpiling...

And I guess you know this.

Just poking at Christians, huh? I hope you get the last laugh...
