Pimples take time, but blackheads are easy. The make pore strips that you dampen and then stick on the affected area, let dry for 5-10 minutes and when you peel it off, it pulls the dirt from the pores.

Mary Kay has an excellent cleanser with "gentle" exfoliating beads. There is also an acne treatment gel to help with the pimples that you have right now and a blemish control toner to help prevent future breakouts. Go to www.marykay.com/mrose2005 and click "contact me" to request some free samples.

first...dont use your fingers to pick and pop. that just puts more oil and grease and gunk into your pores.
there is a cool little tool by tweezerman that has two sides to help with whiteheads and black heads.
try a really good face wash. something like murad or peter thomas roth (gentle chammomile cleanser)
and there is a foundation by joey called pore minimizer. its good for enlarged pores but its also good for acne prone skin. although it might make you break out at first, its just getting all of the gunk out of you pores...hope this helps

First, know your skin type (normal, dry, oily--prob the latter.) Make sure you can start treating your face with a regimen--cleansing, toning, moisturizing. In addition to all of this, make sure that you still see your dermatologist because it may be an underlying health problem. I recommend Murad or Pro-active. Discuss it with your doctor.
