PC-Doctor run a diagnostic and my hard drive failed it. Is there a fix for it?

PC Doctor diagnoses but does not fix. Is that correct? What do I do?

2 does your computer start?
3 is your hardrive clicking?
if your pc starts and gets into windows then backup your data and do a complete format and reload
