Who let the dogs out by the Baha Men is a bit better.
They are both earworms but I would say The Baha Men's Dog song is less annoying to me.

If I had to choose, it would be "Whoop, there it is"
BUT, they are both annoying, the who let the dogs out makes my skin crawl, it was way overplayed, it was a shame that it even made it onto the radio.....Just hearing it now in my head makes me want to stick a screwdriver in my head! Thanks for the memory.....

"Whoomp there it is" because I will never forget it being played when they brought the Stanley Cup out onto the ice after the Detroit Red Wings decimated the Flyers in 1997. Everyone in the arena was singing along.
