casinos, at least you KNOW you are going to lose your money there, and they dont charge you hidden fees or anything else like that. Casinos are out to make money and dont make you think you are being helped by them.

Great question! After a lot of thought I would have to say casinos. Banks do not always give people equal treatment as far as interest. Banks can pick and choose who they want to give higher interest rates to. That doesn't seem honest to me.
If you have ever had property damage or an auto accident you know who insurance companies are looking out for. I am not saying all are bad but some are just shameful.
At a casino you know it is a win or lose situation. You know where you are at financially.

casinos!!!!!!!!!!!! when you walk in the door you know UP FRONT they want your money, they lure you in, give you free drinks, discount meals/hotels rooms sure, but you know what they want. your money!!!!!!!

banks will do everything in the world to charge you an extra fee, sock it to you in plenalites, you name it banks are doing it. and insurance companies are worse!!!! they do not pay claims using every excuse in the book, from depreciation to as simple as "that is not covered.' in dallas insurance has gone up 400% and if you can FIND an insurance company it is amazing all due to "black mold" which has become a problem there.........yet BEFORE it became a problem, for years and years they took your premium money!!! banks and insurance companies need a good shot of ETHICS TRAINING and FAIRNESS IN BUSINESS classes.

I'm going to have to say "BANKS", because banks loan you money at a interest rate, as basically a "Thank you" for loaning money to you. They also "Give" money (interest rates) for putting your money into their bank. Insurance companies are only out for your money. What do they give in return? When they give you money from an accident, it's only money that you have already "given" to those cheap so and so's. Every year, they raise their rates. Tell me now......is that honest? And....Casinos are just plain out and out crooks!!! Do you think that they are going to "LET" you win lots of money at no cost to you? Wrong!!!

I actually worked for a very important bank: they even robbed to its employees. Bloodsuckers!

Casinos...well, at least you can get a free cocktail.

Insurance Companies...I get back to you when my wife cashes my life insurance policy.

Neither

1) banks always find ingenious ways of making money out of your money, i.e. delaying cheque clearing to make interest on them or using the funds on the stock market. they often find ways of charging you unless you spot their error. have you noticed that some banks would not refund you incorrect charges until YOU notice them and notify the bank?? they often make more interest on your money than you do
2) Insurance companies tend to use peoples fear as means of selling their products. Then again I have found insurance (i.e for my car and laptop) useful and essential
3) Casinos thrive on addiction. They make a killing on people's misfortune..

It doesn't matter the business. It's the people and the policies behind the business that makes them honest or dishonest.
