Going back to A level biology and sports studies, i'm pretty sure that;
Long= femur
Short=carpus and tarsus
Flat= Scapula, skull or sternum
Irregular= vertebrae eg coccyx

Long: femur, radius, cubitus, tibia, perone (arms and legs)
Short: phalanges, (or distal, middle and proximal phalanx) and metacarpals,
Flat: Sternum. Could consider shoulder-blade,
Irregular: nearly all the others, but essentially hip-bone, hammer and anvil (ear).

Flat would be Scapula (shoulderbone).
