Lies with eye-catching images. There has to be a good story and promises behind the brainwashing or else I'll get bored. What I hate the most, however, is the fear factor. Brainwashers who exploit our fears are stepping over the line of proper social behavior.

Yoga and meditation work fairly well. Otherwise, I would try the 'washer' from the new show Heroes. He seems pretty good at it, except it looks painful.
