When people have the first child, they are usually very proud of their "first" accomplishment of parenthood. The first child gets much more attention and care than subsequent children. The thrill is gone by then. Many cultures then adopted the practice of leaving the house or land or estate to the first-born - their first love. However, it was then believed the first born would look after the younger ones. That doesn't always happen, but that was the plan.

In some cases the first born does not get the riches.Their are cases when the First born is not capable to inherit the blessings, this is due to his up bringing and the parents fault in preparing him for his destiny.I like to call this the Esau-syndrome.in scripture Esau was not prepare to receive the blessing and G-D had a plan for the heritage of Israel to continue, so the next in line had to receive the blessing. But it came with a price.Jacob had to be prepare for this blessing. The preparation lasted fourteen years. Are you ready to such preparation?. If not help the First born for it. you will receive a much rewarding blessing.

Aside from the monarchy - I hope that the right of birth (order) has been eleminated. I know that I love all my children equally and try to give (and will leave them) possessions equally.

This concept has destroyed so many families fighting over wills - ALL YOUR CHILDREN ARE EQUAL.
