Chastity, which can be a virtue in men no less than in women. Until you find a woman and marry her, occupy your mind with study, travel, friendships, and other interests. I think you and your future wife will enjoy marriage more if you come to it as a pure person. Not everyone agrees that masturbation is forbidden in all circumstances in Islam.
However the only alternative to masturbation is to let nature take its course which will be wet dreams. The body has to physically get rid of the sperm through ejactulation.

If for you religion rules are anything in the life and nobody ought to transgress, then accept chastity even suffering.

I just wonder if he evers has a "wet-Dream" and feels that he has sinned. I know little about the Muslim religion, but will research it so I can at least debate it. I was never told as a youth about masterbation. My mother just told me to "keep it in my pants". Did I? Hell no, and no normal teen would say between the ages of seventeen upward will also succumb to the best feeling that this world has to offer. If it is a sin, so be it. We are also human. How do you know that when you keep your virginity that your wife has also. Not a chance.
