i'm assuming you mean wearing stockings with a dress or skirt, and not behind closed doors. the only ones i ever wear out are sheerest black, and even that is extremely rare. although i do wear tights and leggings sometimes in the winter with a dress since they keep your legs warm! otherwise i usually go bare legged, because i have a warm olive skin tone even at my palest, so a little shimmer lotion and i'm ready to go!

if her legs are a different colour to her face and they look really shiny then more than likely she is but sometimes its hard to tell because the point of flesh coloured stockings is that they're not obvious.
