Invite her family and friends over for a Holiday Party. During the course of the party, surprise her with some lovely music, get on one knee and propose.

Aaati kya khandala!!! just kidding, go and tell her how you feel. Dont just go there and say "I love you" the old indian way. That way she's most likely to say "no". Be sure to tell her what you like most about her, because thats what girls say "what do you like most about me?" or question like "why did you pick me?" and remember be confident, she's a human too so act normal as you would with your friends.
