I have all month long continuing breast soreness (all hormonal) - whether I've menstruated or not, I'm still sore. I've tried all Vitamins under the sun (you name it, I've tried it). Is there someone out there who can PLEASE help me? It affects daily activities - reaching up to wash my hair and even driving. Many thanks.

I should have said that all at the hospital was fine i.e. tests, etc and was just told it's all hormonal. They just told me to take Evening Primrose Oil, but been there, done that and got the T-shirt.

please check for any lumps around the breast and under your arm pit and go to the Doctor. It could be any number of things but it's better to get checked out and know for sure what it is.

Have you tried using a contraceptive pill to regulate your hormones? Fluctuating hormones can cause all sorts of issues and sometimes the pill can eliminate them. Good luck

Is this sudden on set soreness or has this been like this since you started your period? If this is a recent change you need to see your doctor for medical advise, its always better to be safe than sorry.

Have you been doing any different work (using arms) that you do not normally do such as raking leaves? Lifting?
Have you been going braless more than normal or wearing a different shaped or size bra.
Other than that---don't know
Good luck
