pros
1. your child gets a father, a full fledged family.
2. you get someone to spport you, finantially, physically, emotionally.....
3. you have matured up after the divorce, so hopefully things are better...you learn to respect your relationship.
cons
1.for a divorced woman with a child, indian or not... finding a husband is damn hard.
2. your husband, new one, may not love the child as he may have loved his own
3. there'll be comparisons, bitterness, pressure.... your past life will haunt your pesent.
but in the end, remarriege IS the best option.... i'm not being a sexist but the beauty of sharing your life with someone always overweighs the cons!

pros and cons !
if you are already divorced no need to read this if not:-
if you divorce just because of your husband live with your child and no marraige
if you divorce to get a new husband leave the child with first husband
if you are fed up with this aprticular relationship leave both hus and child and enjoy a new life
i think there can't be any other reason for a normal wife except like my wife - she would like to get the divorce just because she wants to be alone with a lot of sarees and parties she is not having any justifiable reason to get the divorce -
for such a reason you might not have married at all now no hope

Not sure what you being Indian has to do with you being remarried but compansionhip is one. How well does this next guy get along with your child? As far as cons are conserned, I guess the cons are the same as being married period. Except this time you have more knowledge of what to expect in a marriage.

If you are already divorced, then get remarried. Perhaps you will see your ex-hubby once in a while when he comes to meet the child! That might be a potential problem
If you are thinking of getting divorce, then don't get divorced (beauty of it!!). Because things can always be worked out in a better way.
It might not be easy for you or your child to adjust with the new marriage. I will live with one guy always even if he has problems/issues. I will correct him with my affection and love in due course of time.

Everyone life is different only you can decide what the pros and cons will be. There is in ever situation the good and the bad but to one person what is good is another worst nightmare.

any woman, indian or not, has troubles with remarriage. the only one who really benefits is you but you have to think of your child, too. sure, he/she needs a daddy, but think of what your child wants.

A man who will truly love you will not mind whether you are divorced or not and whether you have a child or not...or whether you are an Indian or not. True love is unconditional.
