There are actually many things you can do to add height to your appearance.
Jeans should sit right below the waist, low rise jeans shorten your leg line, and jeans that sit on the waist shorten your torso. Look for a darker wash (color) in straight or boot cuts. Flared jeans can shorten the leg, and tapered legs just make you look wider in the hips. The hem should sit on the top of your foot to add leg length. At the ankle takes it away, and anything too long looks sloppy. Boot cuts work best for me since they also help to balance wider hips (which I have.)

Casual and dress pants work the same way, darker colors in below the waist rises, straight or boot cuts, and fall low on the ankle to the top of your foot. You should avoid anything with a cuff that will draw the eye and add a horizontal line cutting your leg in two. You also want to avoid anything with a lot of detailing at the waist. It will draw the eye, and cut your torso in half. Keep it simple for a longer leaner overall look.

Skirts should be knee length for the longest leg line. Going too short can add bulk, and make you look shorter. Tea lengths take away height. If you opt for an ankle length skirt, keep it a slimmer fit. Pencil skirts are best, and tulips are a close second. Stay away from wide flares, ruffles, tiers, broomsticks, and anything else that can add bulk or detailing that will draw the eye down. It make you look shorter, and sometimes heavier.

Now for your top half :-)
You should be drawing the eye up with more colorful things or details. If you keep the attention focused on your top half, not only does it add height, it keeps the eye going even more upward to your face. There are almost limitless possiblities of things you can try, like V-necks, patterns, 3/4 length sleeves, halters, tanks, camis, wrap shirts, textured fabrics (like lace overlays or necklines), cowl necklines, etc... Since I have no clue what wil flatter you the best (you didn't list your body type) just think about what looks good on you, and play around with those styles in different colors, fabrics, and textures. See what will draw the eye, and keep the attention from going to your feet.
Dresses should be knee length. Nothing with too wide of a flare, or with attention drawing colors or details on the bottom. Try a bias cut, it's a diagonal cut across the body, instead of a horizontal line. So it keeps lines flowing smoothly, and doesn't add anything to make you look shorter. Plus, it's flattering on every body type. If you aren't full in the bust, and empire waistline will look great on you. It will help keep the attention near your face, and give you a long line from your torso to your legs.

Shoes can actually make or break the outfit. Look for shoes in darker colors so that you aren't drawing attention to your feet.

Stay away from strappy shoes, including ankle straps, that will cut your foot. Lines always take away height and length, so keep it going smoothly with simple shoes. If you like the strappy look, try a sling back.

And, of course, the higher heels always add height. But stay away from chunky shoes, like platforms, that keep the eye on the foot. If you like platforms, keep the platform lower, not a thick one.

Boots are one of the best ways to add height with a heel, and keep a longer leg line. Plus, they are almost always in fashion. Look for longer toes (doesn't have to be pointy though it helps) in basic colors (black or brown.) Knee highs work best. They are a very versitile style that goes with most anything from jeans to skirts. A great dress boot will take you anywhere, from work to a club.

Aha. I have the some problem too. I'm 155 cm and currently trying to make myself look taller too. Well, firstly you should get yourself a pair of nice and beautiful toes-off high heels. Why toes-off? Because toes-off heels make your feet and ankle look higher than normal.
Secondly, you should get a long pants to cover your legs. Vertical striped pants are highly recommended. As you can see, vertical strips make your legs look longer. If you want to wear a mini skirt, wear a pair of tights (at knee-length) underneath your skirt.
Thirdly, have a long hair style! That's very important. Having long hair also makes your neck look longer too. But if you have a nice, beautiful and long neck, then have a short hair style. But your fringe must not be too short.
Lastly, I hope this helps you. Good luck! :D

First.....good posture is always a plus....stand tall and proud of yourself. Also wearing heels or taller shoes when wesaring jeans, slacks, skirts.....well...almost everything will help. Single colors or tones of the same colors will also help. Try not to cut yourself in half by wearing a light top with dark pants. Tall Boots are great with skinny jeans and will make you look inches taller, especially if its dark boots and dark jeans.
Good Luck and Have a Great Day !!!!

You'd be surprised how much a good pair of heels and good posture can do for you! Not only will standing up straight make you look taller (along with the right wardrobe choices: V-neck, no high-waisted pants or shorts), it will actually make you look skinnier!
Hope this helps! :)

Well, there is this really tall girl in year 7, small boobs but such a beautiful face. Nice legs too I must say. Then there is also this short girl, cute face, nice boobs and average legs but still attractive. And if either of them asked me out, the answer would be yes. So what I'm saying is that, neither matters, as long as there is something good about the girl.

Try wearing V-neck clothes. It helps make you look slimmer and taller
Wear short skirts with longer tops to give the illusion of being taller
Wear nice sleeveless dresses that are more flowy and not the stiff kinda material

Watch that "What Not To Wear" show. They will tell people how to dress to fit their body type. I've seen lots of short women on there that didn't know how to dress correctly.

short neat nails are nice as well as neat. I dont like long nails because dirt can get under these and it look nasty
its digusting and gross when somebodys nails are usually all chewed up to the end.
