It is only safer if there is a response to the vision. Not sure if there has been any kind of investigation into that as yet. To watch what we all do is all very well but if nothing constructive is being done with the information then it is a pointless excersize.
I agree that it is hard to know if all the camera's are only there to discover trends in order to tax or charge various parts of high volume use of this that and the other ... I doubt we will ever know the complete truth.
Maybe we have become the pawns in rich mens games or maybe technology may help us, in the end only time will tell, as the politicians certainly wont.

We are being used definately, I mean the world has not become safer, I would actually say its got worse, the only thing thats ok is credit cards etc but then it still gets reported in the paper that our details just get thrown in bags and put in bins so what is the purpose of the extra security apart from them finding info out on us and where we are etc. I mean some things that are gonna be put on ID cards , why?? why do they need to now info bout our eyes etc.

One freedom at a time... tick tick tick, and if it happens slow enough no one notices..... We are now living in a totalitarian police state dictatorship , but we are free...free.... Go down and vote (for what?)

Old Russian immigrants (I know MANY of them) have told me the average person had far more PERSONAL FREEDOM in the old USSR than they do here in the U.S. today. What do they know?

More police are needed not cctv. Cos that will stop crime. Cctv only catches who does it.

It makes us stay home and never get out unless of course we are spied on inside our home. In this case, I will wish to fulfil God's call immediately.
