yea my computer is really slow and i have alot of space on it.ive done a virus and spam scanner and i deleted all the viruses and stuff that was in it.got any ideas?

Kick it. Just kidding. I would look at how much ram, speed of your hard drive, processor things like that. Without really having that information its kinda hard to make suggestions.

Well do it on you own risk! here is some tweaks
start>run command>regedit>>HLM\system\currentControlset\Control\sessionManager\Memory Management\PrefetchParameters
default setting is 3, change it to 5. Maximum value is 9. let see if will help you
Kernal Into RAM
If you have more than 512Mb then
HLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Managemnt
change DisablePagingExecutive key to 1
HLM>>HkeyLocal Machine
reboot required

defragment it. Get rid of all the things you don't need. Or get a bigger memory. It might cost some $$ but it's worth it, if you need it.
