Starting from the outside of the curve of the rainbow, this is the order of the colours in a primary rainbow.
Sometimes, if the primary bow is very bright, you can see a dimmer bow beyond the curve of the primary bow.
This is called the secondary bow and the colours are in reverse order in the secondary bow. There is a darker area between the 2 bows.

Every single colour imaginable. What you see when looking at a rainbow is sunlight (white light) being split up into its components (red, yellow blue etc)

ROY G. BIV
Red; Orange; Yello; Green; Blue; Indigo; Violet
Since the rainbow is actually just fragments of visible white light, it is every color. Like someone else said earlier, it contains multiple kinds of light wavelengths, such as infared.

I think it's an analogy that they are not afraid to be who they are, and they can befriend just about anyone from all walks of life. They are versatile, and can handle change in their environment. It'd stand for open mindedness as well. They are brave when it comes to individuality. It probably represents their uniqueness. BQ: Can we make it a neon rainbow instead? XD I love neon colors.
