i have bought the last beck album ( i like it) , there is a full set of stickers to design your own cover ( its the photo of the stickers)

but for instance in usa , the album is not in the charts because of what they call illégal competition
do you think putting stickers could make you buy it more surely that if they dont???

I don't think a sticker makes anyone buy anything. Except a big fat one on the front reading "Free".
Technically, "The Information" isn't chart eligible in the UK either for the same reason as in the States. Ikara Colt (blast from the recent past) had a similar problem with their debut album

I wouldn't buy an album because it's got stickers with it, I'd buy it for it's music quantity & quality. If people want to buy an album for stickers let them do so.

No way. Stickers wouldn't sway me one bit because I'm essentially discarding the case and using only the CD.

No, I hate stickers on cd covers. It ruins the case and artwork.

No, I don't pay any attention to stickers. If I like the music, I buy it. If I don't like it, I don't buy it. That's all there is to it.

if i were a musician, i'd release my albums in cardboard "pop-up" books, that would be awesome. allow me to quote some wikipedia to illustrate my point
