Ok this is acontinuation to my shopping question. Although my friend loves shopping and all, I feel that later on during the day I will be hungry. Once again this is aplatonic friend. I was wondering though if it wouldnt be too wierd to just buy dinner or lunch as a thank -you. That part of my niceness still remains. Being grateful and all

Even if you are a platonic friend kindness and generosity are welcomed. Most people get caught up in the moment and forget some people
still are well bred and have manners.
It is a delightful thing to have someone offer a lunch or supper after a crazy day of shopping.
It is a great time to talk about the purchases, life , family and work...
I think in this crazy fast paced world, slowing down relaxing and enjoying someones company
is a real treat.

I actually desire going out for dinner. i'm no longer a huge fan of lunch. I generally in basic terms eat a easy breakfast, easy lunch, easy snack and then a hearty dinner. So, dinner is my well-known meal :)

I think it would be a great topper to the day, and yes, shopping does make one hungry...since you both have to eat, that would be nice.
