One of the earliest signs is tender nipples. If you conceive early enough, you may not notice a late period. Also, morning sickness at this time of the year is often called " stomach virus" and doctors see a lot of those, until the urine or serum pregnancy test results come back.

Watch for some fluid retention, craving certain foods, missed period, tender nipples, and because of hormonal changes, mood swings. Purchase a couple of EPT's and if the first one is negative, wait three days and try the second. If it too is negative, follow up with your doctor.

Seriously? A positive pregnancy test. Since most early signs of pregnancy mimick PMS sysmptoms it is hard to tell which it is until you get that positive on a test. Sorry.
