Depending on how many lashes - versus how many months/years prison time I might well choose the flogging - especially if I was innocent.
Rather be flogged for something I didn't do - and get on with my life - than rot in a cell for something I did not do.
Depending on the type of flogging, it isn't supposed to be all that bad in some case. Depends on where, how and what with.
The totaly naked part would p*** me off though - not sure what the point of that is unless someone needs a cheap thrill - it also means that many would not allow younger people to witness it - thus losing some of the deterrent effect perhaps.

Should i be giving the website address? it is religiously charged and targets another religion, And I just recieved a violation notice for saying,
