I guess it's sort of a way of saying that an Isrealite's life is more important than several Palestinians and Lebanese lives, or that, excuse me for sounding "anti-Semitic" if I do, that a Jew's life is more important than several Muslim lives.

The Lebanese and Palestinians need to buy more US congressmen if they want the treatment as Israel which through the the American Israeli Political Action Committee has 90% of congress (both parties) on their payroll. By donating $25 M a year in "campaign funds", Israel in return gets billions of dollars in "aid" and no questions asked US support.
True they would have to stop their terrorist actions (suicide bombing, US flag burning and US hate rallies..etc) too but it would have great financial and political benefits.

scorbore u are so off. Israel not the aggressor in the situation?...anyway you're spot on about the thousands of lebanese that die and no one caring... that israeli soldier was obviously an excuse to invade

Who knows, it probably has to do with that Isreal was not the agressors in this situation. Long history, really weird to determine why anything still happens there
