Get some mates, push it onto the nearest spare block and ring the D of Main Roads. unless the mate owes you money and you can prove it, no can do! If the vehicle is encumbered you take the rap insofar as paying back the person you've sold it to when the company come to repossess!

I know in the USA a car is abandoned after thiry days and a property owner can file what is called a mechanics lein which turns ownership over to them and then they can legally sell the vehicle

mate i thing you will find you have to put ad in the paper about the car will be moved in so long of a time then you can ring a lawer thay will tell you be best
