I thought that it is a public knowledge. The super rich go to Monaco for holidaying!

Super rich don't "take 2 weeks off work and go to the sun" They are flying around and visiting places all the time.
I'm certainly not "super rich", but my money allows me to go where i like, when i like. So there is no such thing as a defined holiday.

I suppose some of the super rich will have their own islands or very large yachts.
Hawaii (where they film lost) is probably one of the most expensive places for ordinary Americans and Europeans to visit.

Where they like, they can afford it. After all where you holiday should be a personal choice depending on what spins your wheels. To holiday in a place just because its fashionable is so crass and can be stressful if its not what you enjoy and you have to behave in the trendy way. Holidays are for fun, relaxation and exploration not a fashion accessory.
