The membership card is from the home electronics store. Unfortunately there seems to be no logic as to who gets a card. I've never received one and I spent over 200K there. I ended up buying mine in a Yard Sale. THe only advice I can give you is visit the store every day and browse a bit and you might get one.
The Alien Pet and Alien Plant were from another Millsberry event. A time traveler's ship crashed in millsberry and we all had to help her find the ship parts that were scattered in the downtown stores. When you found particular parts you got a reward from her when you returned it - the prize for finding the ship's engine was the alien plant. And when she was leaving if you had helped her find enough parts she gave you the alien pet as a reward. Her ship had crashed in the crater in Westridge - if you visit Westridge the crater is still there.
And I will be restocking my YS at kovachagen with trophies soon. I was selling just halloween items for a while but visit me after this weekend and I should have trophies for sale.
