Please do not make it an extra-marital relationship and spoil the game for the rest of the family members. If there are no other issues of spouses, then it is perfectly alright. Also depends on the circumstances in which U are or have been when U both met each other. and the age gap between men and women really does not matter.

You are divorced and your going to wreck a marriage. The 43 year old male is married, probably haveing a mid life crisis and wants some on the side.
I doubt at that age he is going to leave his wife and children, she will take him for half of what they have as well as child support.
Leave married men alone and find someone who has no commitments to somebody else.

Its not right from an indian point of view.... i dont think its ethically right for divorcee to love a person who is also a married man unless he too is divorced or a widower....
