Los Bravos got to number 2 in 1966
La Belle Epoque got to number 2 in 1977
Jungle Brothers got to number 72 in 1989.
Finally, the answers to WHO sang it, as opposed to WHICH BANDS recorded it, are; Mike Kogel was the lead singer of Los Bravos, La Belle Epoque were three singers called Evelyn Verrecchia, Giusy Fortes, Marzia Thear and the Jungle Brothers were Afrika Baby Bam and Mike Gee.

Its Los Bravos in the 60's, not the 70's. I was in high school when that came out and that was the late 60's.
