use limewire and just search their metal catagory you should find some great stuff in there.. I would download Slipknot's Spit It Out, it's a good song, then I would definatly download The Murderdoll's Dead In Hollywood its an awesome song. I'm a metal freak so if you want some more songs to download then lemme know. I'm alot of help.

sad hardcore or metal? no. there aren't any. what would the purpose be? and the question isn't for pop rock metallica, what a joke....hardcore...please.
if its sad then it ain't hardcore or metal. the closest thing you might find is some really mellow instrumental tunes by Opeth.
