Congratulations on your pregnancy,
from what I understand, but I'm not a doctor just a mother of 2 with number 3 on the way,
This is fairly normal, during pregnancy you get gassy, the air bubbles will be just gas moving through your system, and the cramping if its bad then see your doctor as soon as possible, if its just mild like mild period pain then it may be just your body starting to adapt and start to expand, the stretching of your uterus can be uncomfortable but shouldn't be painful if it is then see your doctor as soon as possible as there could be many reasons this is happening but your doctor is the best person to tell you whats going on as the doctor can do examinations and if worried then send you for an ultrasound to make sure everything is progressing well.
Never be worried to go to your doctor as this is your first pregnancy and you don't know what the feelings are, you are trying to find out so don't worry to much, Keep calm I'm sure everything will go wonderfully so enjoy every single feeling, some are not a pleasant as others but enjoy them all pregnancy is wonderful as its creating revaluation, your beautiful baby. Keep notes and a journal of everything you experience as its really wonderful to look back on later as your baby is growing up.
Best wishes and I hope its an easy and wonderful pregnancy.

Yep, the cramps, if they are light are from ligiments stretching, if not, many women experience some cramps around 5-6 weeks. And the bubbles are gas. Hooray Pregnancy!

I learn Natural Childbirth the Bradley Way. It even includes the physical activities you have to train. I additionally learn The Brewer Medical Diet for Normal and High-Risk Pregnancy. I adopted the Brewer nutrition whilst I was once pregnant. I used the Bradley approach with all 4 of my births. I additionally learn Husband Coached Childbirth, however that publication does no longer include what you have to train to get capable for delivery.

Yes, completely normal. I was always told if your cramps are associated with bleeding, that is not a good sign, but just cramping is normal. If you do start to bleed, that isn't necessarily meaning your miscarrying. A freind of mine bled her whole 1st trimester, but the baby was fine. If you start bleeding though, definitely contact your doctor.

That can be very normal as the uterus is stretching a little and getting ready for the baby to grow it is all okay. Congratulations and enjoy.

yes you will feel little cramps, and pulls etc throughout your whole pregnancy. Mostly its your ligaments and your uterus stretching to make room for the baby.
