msg for 'paul F' fast food is a generic term fo food consumed outside of the household. I.E food consumed anywhere outside home, doesnt have to be healthy of unhealthy. so a carrot at home is not considered fast food.

If you cook an egg you have good nutritious fast food. If you wash a carrot and eat it, it is is fast food so I would say that every one eats fast food at some time - now if you mean JUNK food that is a different matter.

i'm glad to say that i cook every night, but we will go out to restaurant about twice a month.
it is sad to see that not many people in england prevers to have a good cooked meal, but prevers to go to the nearest take away.
