Hi, Well....I know this wasn't greatest idea in the world, but I used Endust on my laptop LCD screen. (in the directions it said it was safe... boy was i wrong..) well... it put a nice water mark on my screen...kinda making it a lighter shade. I have good hope that it will try but want to make sure. It didn't damage besides that... all color is there and still ok... just looks like a water spot... is there anything i can do? thank you very much!

I hope you put the endust lightly on the soft cloth and not directly on the screen. I think you will have to live with what you have.

except you are able to take the preserving shelter off to dry it and get rid of the residue then i'd say you may want to purchase a change lcd. check out eBay or Google and seek for for lcd change contain your pc type. good luck!

Uh oh....are you in the US? If so then I would take it into Best Buy.....there is a counter (free) where you can ask the computer dudes if it can be fixed....they will look at it...and if it can be fixed they can quote you a price before they do the work...that way you know what you are going to have to spend and if it is worth it.
