The Fourmost.
A 60's group from the Brian Epstein stable. Had a hit with "A Little Lovin' ".
Still doing the rounds with no members from that period.
And there will surely be plenty of others.

Sugababes are close with only one original member. I think Bucks Fizz still work with none of the original members.

Fleetwood Mac hold some sort of record for the amount of different line-ups in the band, but Mick Fleetwood has remained through-out, so they don't qualify as one of the original members is still in the band.

The Fall must hold the record for the most number of line-up changes. I read somewehere that almost 50 people have come and gone from their ranks since they formed in 1977. Only the founder/singer/writer Mark E Smith remains.

I think ELO (electric light orchestra) for a time would have met your criteria.
